I would thoroughly recommend New Build Snagging Limited as they went above and beyond to get my new build property snagged before a visit from the site manager. Jason was fantastic at his job and has made sure the report was everything we needed and followed up to make sure that the developers are working towards completing the work. My neighbour wrote their own report and is fighting with the developer whereas armed with an independent report the developers have not argued anything and said they will complete all the work. Don't risk being in the position my neighbour is in!
